How did he do it?
Where is he now?

Topic: The Iconic Blue Seminole Water Tower

If you've ever seen Seminole's iconic landmark - our beautiful Blue Water Tower "Birdcage" - you've seen Tom Stovall's artwork. Tom will join us to discuss his large scale artwork seen throughout the St. Petersburg area.

Tom Stovall was a theater and film major. He is a writer, an actor, producer, singer and much more! And this multi-talented man is the person that painted our blue water tower. Come out to hear him speak.

After traveling to all parts of the world, Tom returned to his hometown of St. Petersburg, FL in the early 1990’s to raise his daughter and pursue another artistic talent, painting. He painted large scale murals including the historic Vinoy Hotel Manchard's Grill, the Cresent Lake Water Tower, Seminole Water Tower and the Yellow Submarine. Stovall currently works in graphics. He is also a classically trained pianist.

Museum visiting hours at present are 10am - 2pm Saturdays.
